How it works
From your application to your first shift — five clear steps, no guesswork.
1. Apply online
Five short screens: your details, experience, availability, and any certificates you want to share. Your answers save as you go, so you can finish later.
2. We call you
If it looks like a fit, we call or text within a few days to talk about the home, the hours you want, and pay.
3. Meet us and get set up
You visit the home, meet the team, and we help you finish your paperwork, background check and onboarding checklist.
4. Training
Short training modules in English or Spanish — care basics, medications, safety — that you complete on your phone at your own pace.
5. Start picking up shifts
Once onboarding is done, open shifts appear in your staff portal. Accept the ones that work for you, clock in and out from your phone.
